 Al Fatih Academy [AFA] generally follows Loudoun County Public Schools decisions regarding school closings, delayed/ late openings, and early dismissals.

Please stay tuned to ABC 7 WJLA-TV and News Channel 8 as well as local radio channels for the latest updates. Advisories will also be posted on www.wjla.com and www.news8.net websites.

AFA reserves the right to independently decide on closings, late/delayed opening times, and early dismissal times.

If AFA makes an independent decision, AFA will notify parents via email and telephone.

 2 hour delayed opening  AFA opens at 10 am (no morning Hifdh)

If FCPS announces a delayed/late opening on a Friday, the following schedule applies to Al Fatih Academy students

 Friday FCPS 1 hour late opening  9am - 1:30pm (no am Hifdh)
 Friday FCPS 2 hour late opening  AFA Closed for Friday
