Zahura Khalisdar

Zahura Khalisdar is the Programs & Facilities Manager at Al Fatih Academy. She is passionate about creating organized, safe, and welcoming learning environments where students, families, and staff can flourish. Zahura believes that strong school operations and meaningful partnerships help cultivate confident American Muslim students who are grounded in their faith, excel academically, and positively contribute to their communities. Zahura holds a Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Hofstra University. She brings over a decade of leadership experience in healthcare operations and school administration, managing facilities, programs, compliance, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams. Outside of work, Zahura enjoys creating allergy-friendly recipes, spending time with her family, traveling, and serving her community through volunteerism.
