Hala Nouh

Ms. Hala Nouh is an Elementary Teacher Assistant at Al Fatih Academy, supporting student learning across multiple grade levels through her work in mathematics, programming, and instructional assistance. She is driven by a passion for helping students grow academically and morally, aligning closely with AFA’s mission to nurture confident and principled learners. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Communication and Network Engineering from Al-Quds University in Jerusalem, Palestine, and a Master’s Degree in Information Systems and Network Management Engineering with honors from Strayer University. Her teaching experience spans PK–12 and higher education, including roles as a math and programming teacher at King Abdullah Academy, an instructor at the American College of Commerce and Technology, and a long-term substitute with Fairfax County Public Schools. She also brings technical experience in software development, IT support, and tutoring in computer science, math, English, and Arabic. She holds several educational certifications from the Virginia Department of Education, including cultural competency, dyslexia training, CPR/First Aid/AED, and child safety. Originally from Palestine, she enjoys hiking in nature, swimming, and spending time with her three children.
