Sehrish Shah

Sehrish Erum Shah is a Kindergarten Lead Teacher at Al-Fatih Academy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from George Mason University, and is currently working towards obtaining her Master's degree from American Public University. She has 3 years of experience working with lower and upper elementary. Sehrish is ambitious about teaching and spreading Islamic knowledge within her community. She volunteers and teaches Sunday school halaqahs, spreading the Seerah of the Prophet amongst young minds. She is also currently enrolled in the Fehm-ul-Quran program, which helps her understand the Quran word for word. She is a mother of four girls and a homemaker. She loves to read, write, and travel the world with her husband and daughters. She enjoys sports and trying new cuisines. Her favorite moments are those that are spent with her family and loved ones.
